I have recently spotted a number of new social media analytics tools. The value they want to bring include insights on:

  • reach and interactions
  • traffic and media use across networks
  • contributors
  • follower and unfollower counts
  • … and much more through dashboards and notifications

These features can potentially give marketing teams and product managers a lot of great social media insights.
