I recently went through apps I’ve downloaded and want to share my top 30 apps (apps I use on a daily or weekly basis). I am sure you also use most of these apps. Interestingly all of them, with the exception of two, are cross-channel in nature.
It’s getting all the easier to conclude that a relevant scope of strategy and implementation is not on a app or mobile level. In order to serve your customers well, you need a business driven cross-channel strategy. Mobile is just one out of many channels and apps are just one touchpoint out of many in mobile.
