You think that designing for touch interfaces is cool? How about “Minority Report”-level 3D motion control?

Leap Motion is shipping their Motion Controller in May and with it developers can start creating new user experiences and apps. Functionality and information can be manipulated in 3D without touch.

The Leap Motion Controller tracks all 10 fingers up to 1/100th of a millimeter. It’s up to 200 times more sensitive than existing motion-control technology.

It won’t take take long until this technology gets built into laptops, tablets and TVs… and just about any other digital device. HP just landed an agreement with Leap Motion. Read more here…
