At the Applied Innovation Exchange, not one day is similar to the other. Yesterday, we met with a team from Dataport, Germany (https://lnkd.in/d-5W6yR).

Together we explored topics like; innovation lead transformation in the public sector, new digital eGovernment platforms and service models, ethics in artificial intelligence, cultural transformation, new trends in IoT/Biotech, and much more.

My general reflection is that there are more similarities across industries than differences. The public sector faces the same type of opportunities and challenges as many of the industries in the private sector: New business models, new emerging technologies, cross-sector opportunities, true end-to-end customer experience obsession, insights-driven enterprises, and fundamental innovation proficiencies…

Applying experiences across industries is what the AIE is about, and we are happy to share and to facilitate journeys to impactful new ideas and solutions.
