  • participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies (usability lab, ethnographic field studies, focus groups), interviews, usability benchmarking, A/B Testing, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights, learn about user behavior, and verify design concepts
  • collaboration with product owners and scrum masters to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modelling, and interaction design
  • working with user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications
  • hands-on experiences from design and prototyping tools, such as OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, etc
